We are pleased to offer our customers safe and FREE worldwide shipping for any pointe shoes’ order. For orders under 45 eur, we offer a fixed price shipping (7 eur) regardless of quantity/weight of the items purchased.
Shipping methods. Economy and Registered Mail.
We ship our items worldwide, from our stocks in Greece, in Russian Federation and in Czech Republic (whichever has your item in stock), by National Postal service. Once the package arrives in your country, your national postal service will deliver it (or a delivery notification from your local Post Office ) to your door.
Please note although that the default shipping method is Economy Mail (you will not receive a tracking number to track your shipment).
During the checkout, we’ll offer you an option to upgrade your shipment method from Economy to Registered, by adding 4 eur to the total cost of your order. This way, the day we ship your item you will receive a tracking number that you can use to obtain detailed delivery information via online reporting.
Please note that the average delivery time is the same for both methods.

Delivery time cannot be guaranteed by BestPointe.com. Shipping times vary widely depending on the destination. From our experience, shipments take about five to eight business days for Europe, two-three weeks for Asia, USA, Australia, about a month for North America (even more for Mexico and Brazil).
Processing your order…
BestPointe.com makes every effort to supply your order as soon as possible. Which means once you've completed your online order we immediately begin to process your order, making sure that you receive it in the shortest period of time possible.
At BestPointe.com, we stock a wide range of pointe shoes and accessories. If the item you’re ordering is in stock, we will dispatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving your order (on business days), 72 hours if you need us to attach protective elements to your pointe shoes. If the item has to be ordered from the manufacturer, you’ll be contacted ASAP to arrange the delivery time.
When your order is complete and the size confirmed & double-checked, it will be shipped promptly by the service you select. Any delays post-dispatch will be out of our control and will be due to delays caused by the Post Service. Once you upgrade your Shipping method to Registered Mail, you will receive a tracking number via email.

BestPointe.com does NOT take responsibility for taxes or duties that may be applied to the shipping of our product to your country, or if the delivery to your country is refused or stopped.
Courier delivery: if you need your item ASAP…
Please notify us if you need a faster service. For urgent cases, we co-operate with with UPS Courier Service, but we’ll have to find out the cost of each shipment “manually”. The prices start from 22 eur for Europe and 28 eur for Americas, Asia, Australia, for one pair of pointe shoes.
